Payments/Costs

All VG blue bookings are inclusive of VAT @ 17.5% and represents a final agreed total cost between VG blue and (you), the customer.

A 50% payment is required as a deposit in order to secure the booking and is non-refundable. The further 50% payment is then due at least 7 days in advance of the event.

Bookings made within 7 days prior to the required date of the event will require 100% payment immediately.

Cheques should be made Payable to Vision Group (GB) Ltd.

Alterations to the Event Date

VG blue prides itself on providing a high level of customer service. Any changes to the event will be made, if possible. Please contact us to discuss this further.
